(the "Issuer") reported herein were matchable under Section 16(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 with purchases by the reporting person that were reported on the Form 4 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 19, 2018. The reporting person has paid to the Issuer $12,489.35, representing the full amount of the profit realized in connection with the short-swing transactions.
