Shares of tech companies rose as investors rediscovered their risk appetite. Facebook Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg will meet with French President Emmanuel Macron and other European officials next week, as the Silicon Valley giant tries to calm tension with regulators and policy makers on both sides of the Atlantic. Shares of Apple touched another new high as the computer and consumer-electronics giant continues its march towards a $1 trillion market value.
