CX Network Group, Inc. (the “Company”) was unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2018 on a timely basis without incurring undue hardship and expense. Thus, the Company anticipates that there may be certain significant change in results of operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2018 compared to the corresponding period ended March 31, 2017, to be included in the Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2018.
