With $2.3 billion already gained, Anheuser-Busch InBev is set to receive the rest of the approximately $3.2 billion windfall from its acquisition of SAB Miller in the next two to three years, says LBBW. The funds should help AB InBev--the world's biggest brewer--offset its marketing costs for the upcoming soccer World Cup, LBBW says. Also providing a boost to AB InBev was its 1Q performance in southern and western Latin America, LBBW says, noting that in the U.S. market, the brewer managed to fight off competition from smaller brewers through its own craft beers. Shares in AB InBev trade up 2.8% at EUR85.00. (donatopaolo.mancini@dowjones.com; @donatopmancini)
