Technology Industry Veterans Bolster Success of Bigtincan Customer Support and Product Teams

Bigtincan, (ASX:BTH) the leading mobile, AI-powered sales enablement platform provider, today announced the addition of John Moore to its executive team as Vice President of Customer Success, and the promotion of Andrew Cosgrove to Senior Director, Engineering. Together, these new executive additions will add to Bigtincan’s increasing focus on customer care and product development.

“I’m thrilled to have Andrew and John join our ranks to focus on the most vital parts of our business: Building our product and supporting the success and satisfaction of our customers,” said David Keane, co-founder and CEO, Bigtincan. “Andrew and John bring deep technology experience paired with leadership expertise in both engineering and services, making them the perfect fit to take our team to the next level.”

John Moore brings 20 years of experience in the technology industry, most recently serving as Partner and Director of Development at The Enablement Group – a managed sales content services company – where he was responsible for Customer Success and Product Engineering. Prior to his time at The Enablement Group, John held a number of leadership roles at technology companies, including CTO of The Vault Shift and VP of Solutions Services at Brainshark, Inc. In his role as Vice President of Customer Success, John will oversee and manage the customer success team, responsible for driving customer adoption and ensuring satisfaction with Bigtincan’s solution offerings. Additionally, he will orchestrate customer onboarding and rollout to deliver a positive and integrated customer experience.

Andrew Cosgrove brings more than 20 years of experience in senior software development roles with global leaders including Cisco, and News Corp to his role as Senior Director, Engineering. Previously serving as Engineering Director for Bigtincan’s content editing and manipulation team based in Scotland, Andrew has been recognized for his ability to build quality engineered software that performs at scale. In his new role, Andrew will lead Bigtincan’s global engineering team, where he will oversee technical activities of developers in Bigtincan facilities around the world including the UK, Israel, Singapore and Australia with a focus of instilling his approach to quality and scalability, reinforcing Bigtincan’s ongoing commitment to the sales enablement industry.

The news comes on the heels of several team additions announced last month by Bigtincan, including the appointment of company President, and previously COO, Patrick Welch to President and CMO; Vivian Stewart as COO; Mike Maggio as Head of European Operations; Kent Erickson as SVP of Product Management; and Rafi Mubarak as Senior Director of Product Development.
