This follows the release of its audited results for the year
ended 31 December 2017 on
14 March 2018.
The Company will be holding its 2018 Annual General Meeting
(AGM) at 10.00 am on Tuesday,
15 May 2018 at the Doubletree by
Hilton Hotel, 7 Pepys Street, London EC3N 4AF. Please note that due to
operational reasons the location of the AGM has changed from the
venue published on page 73 of the 2017 Annual Report and
Accounts.
Copies of these documents, together with a copy of the Proxy
Form for the 2018 Annual General Meeting, will shortly be available
for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism located at
www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and have been posted to the Company’s
shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy.
