Dr. Jacqueline A. Travisano to
AutoNation's Board of Directors at the 2018 Annual Meeting of
Stockholders held on April 19,
2018.

Dr. Travisano is the Executive Vice President for Business and
Finance and Chief Operating Officer of the University of Miami. From 2011 to 2017, Dr.
Travisano served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating
Officer of Nova Southeastern
University. Dr. Travisano's senior executive and financial,
accounting, and operational experience led the Board to conclude
that she should serve as one of our directors.
