On April 19 , 201 8 , Tile Shop Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended March 31 , 201 8 . A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

On April 19 , 201 8 , the Company issued a press release announcing its declarat ion of a cash dividend of $0.05 per share to stockholders of record as of April 30 , 2018 .
