will hold its annual shareholders' meeting Thursday, May 3, at 12:30
p.m. ET, online using a live video webcast.
Duke Energy Chairman, President and CEO Lynn Good will provide an overview of the
company's 2017 performance and strategy for the future.
Shareholders will be able to watch her presentation, vote on
company and shareholder proposals and, through a website, submit
questions before and during the meeting. All questions will be
answered, either during the meeting or afterward through a web
