Kokos Group, Inc. (the "Company") cannot complete the Form 10-Q within the prescribed time period as management is unable to complete its financial statements by Monday, April 16, 2018. The delay cannot be cured without unreasonable effort or expense. In accordance with Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Company anticipates filing its Form 10-Q no later than five calendar days following the prescribed due date.
