Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 27, 2018, FAT Brands Inc. (the “ Company ”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the period beginning with the formation of the Company on March 21, 2017 through December 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

The Company also hosted a conference call on March 27, 2018 in which the financial results were discussed.
