will host Alzheimer's Awareness Night at Bankers Life Fieldhouse on
Monday, March 19. The event is
organized to amplify the mission of the Alzheimer's Association and
serve as a preview of Bankers Life's annual Forget Me Not
Days fundraising campaign.
On March 19, the first 5,000 fans
in attendance at the Indiana Pacers vs. Los Angeles Lakers game
will receive a packet of Forget-Me-Not flower seeds to plant in
honor of a family member or loved one facing or lost to Alzheimer's
disease. Greater Indiana Alzheimer's Association Chapter volunteers
will also host a table in the main concourse fans can learn more
about the disease and local support services they offer.
