Item 8.01 Other Events.

As previously disclosed, The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) has notified HG Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) that the Company’s common stock will be delisted from trading on Nasdaq at the opening of business on March 15, 2018. The Company expects that, after delisting on Nasdaq, its common stock will begin to trade in the over-the-counter market on the OTCQB under the symbol “STLY”.
