Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 28, 2018, Installed Building Products, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting the financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2017 and other information. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
