On February 21, 2018, Parkway Acquisition Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release reporting its financial results for the period ended December 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.

On February 23, 2018, the Company announced the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.10 per share to shareholders of record on March 9, 2018, payable on March 19, 2018.
