A press release was issued on February 20, 2018 announcing that the Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.065625 per share. The dividend is payable April 2, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 2, 2018. Attached is a copy of the press release labeled as Exhibit 99(a).
