Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On February 20, 2018, the Company will present a powerpoint slide presentation (the “Presentation”) at its Investor Day at The St. Regis Hotel, New York. In the Presentation, we will discuss funeral and cemetery operations, preneed sales and business development strategies, technology enhancements, and future growth opportunities. A copy of the Presentation is available on the Company’s website, www.sci-corp.com , under the heading “Investors” and the subheading “Webcasts and Presentations.”

A copy of the Presentation materials is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
