Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws

On January 8, 2018, the Company filed a Certificate of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation in the State of Nevada to change its name to Indigenous Roots Corp.

The name change has been reviewed by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and has been approved for filing with an effective date of February 8, 2018.

The name change will become effective with the OTCQB at the opening of trading on February 9, 2018. Our trading symbol will change to IRCC in connection with the change of name. Our new CUSIP number is 455685 107.
