Michael Dunne, M.D., Chief
Scientific Officer of Iterum Therapeutics, has been appointed as
Vice Chair, joining Vice Chair Evan

Medical Officer of Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRTK) and
Chairman Jeffrey Stein, Ph.D.,
