Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Box, Inc. announced today that Bryan Taylor, formerly a partner of TPG Capital, has resigned from Box’s Board of Directors, effective January 21, 2018. Box has an ongoing search for one or more new directors underway.
