Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

On January 18, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with NSB Holdings ehf (“NSB”) of Iceland. The MOU will be followed by a definitive agreement by and between the parties once the due diligence review and other conditions have been satisfied. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by this reference.
