Continuing its growth in Central California,
homebuilder offers spacious single-story homes in an established
neighborhood from the $380,000s
KB Home (NYSE: KBH) today announced that its newest Central
California community, Montevello, is now open for sale in an
established north Stockton location. Montevello is situated close
to Interstate 5 and Highway 99, providing easy access to downtown
Stockton, Sacramento, the Bay Area, and the Sierra Mountains.
Additionally, the neighborhood is near the Altamont Commuter
Express train (ACE), popular shopping and dining destinations, and
local schools.
Convenient to the downtown waterfront, employment centers and
other attractions throughout the Central Valley, the neighborhood
represents another step in KB Home’s ongoing expansion in the
region. The homebuilder plans to open seven additional communities
across Sacramento and San Joaquin counties over the coming
months.
“Given the rising consumer demand for new homes in Sacramento
and the Central Valley, we are pleased to be opening a new
community in Stockton,” said Joe Killinger, president of KB Home’s
Central California division. “This new community is a prominent
addition to the diverse mix of locations, home styles, and design
choices KB Home offers, and highlights our growing business in the
region.”
KB Home currently has several new home communities open for sale
in the Central Valley, including locations in Galt, Manteca,
Rocklin, Roseville, Sacramento and Stockton. At Montevello, KB Home
plans to construct a total of 122 single-story residences,
available in five home designs that range in size from 1,925 to
3,061 square feet and can accommodate up to six bedrooms, four
baths, and a two-car-garage. Pricing starts from the $380,000s.
KB homebuyers at Montevello will have the opportunity to
personalize many aspects of their home as part of KB Home’s unique
homebuilding experience. In addition to choosing their home’s
community location, floor plan, and exterior design style, buyers
can adjust structural features to best suit their needs, such as
converting multipurpose spaces to additional bedrooms. At the KB
Home Design Studio, a retail-like design center, homebuyers can
then select from a wide range of flooring, cabinets, lighting, and
other interior finishes and amenities to fit their taste and
budget.
All new KB homes in California, including those at Montevello,
are built to ENERGY STAR 3.0® guidelines and include WaterSense®
labeled faucets and fixtures, meaning they are designed to be more
energy- and water-efficient than most typical new and resale homes
available in the area.
KB Home’s Montevello is currently selling from KB Home’s Avalon
sales office located just down the street at 10301 Petty Lane in
Stockton. The sales office is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Thursday through Tuesday and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on
Wednesdays. For more information about Montevello or KB Home’s
