On January 10, 2018, American Housing Income Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release titled “Corix Responds to Minority Shareholder’s Lawsuit.” The purpose of the release is to announce the Company’s defense of a lawsuit initiated by a minority shareholder named George Sharp.
