Item 5.02 Appointment of Principal Officer

On January 8, 2018, the Board of Directors of Titan Computer Services, Inc. (“the Company”) unanimously elected to appoint Joseph B. Frost as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Frost will have the responsibilities of day-to-day management of the company including sales, customer support, order fulfilment, project management, the organization of installation activities and company administration.

Mr. Frost, 61, has extensive experience in the areas of client development and management, project development and coordination. Over the past 35 years, Mr. Frost has created and worked with teams of professionals focused on the development of tools and processes to reduce development risks for his clients by reducing technical gaps, improving communications between the owner, consultants and contractors with the ultimate goal of delivering a higher value product and better speed to market.

Mr. Frost and the Company entered into a Letter Agreement that governs his employment terms and that Letter Agreement was previously filed as an exhibit on Form 8-K on November 21, 2017. Mr. Frost began his duties as Chief Operating Officer on January 2, 2018.
