(NASDAQ:MSFT), today announced that leading mobile operators from around the world will support the Always Connected PC category, bringing easy and affordable connectivity plans to consumers on advanced LTE wireless networks. Select operators in some countries will also stock Always Connected PCs in their owned retail locations. Three new Windows 10 devices powered by the Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ Mobile PC platform from OEM brands Asus, HP and Lenovo will utilize mobile operators' blazing fast LTE networks, supporting mobile computing virtually anytime, anywhere.

  • U.K. – EE
  • U.S. – Sprint, Verizon

This announcement comes on the heels of the second annual Snapdragon Technology Summit in December where the first Windows on Snapdragon device, the 2-in-1 convertible ASUS NovaGo was announced which is expected to be available early this year, and a detachable HP ENVY x2 Windows on Snapdragon Mobile PC, release date to be determined. Today at CES, Lenovo announced the details of their new Always Connected PC the Miix 630 featuring the Snapdragon 835 Mobile PC Platform and Windows 10 S for a secure, streamlined experience.
