Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

 

Change in Fiscal Year

 

On January 2, 2018, the Board of Directors of Spectrum Global Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year end from May 31 to December 31, effective immediately. As a result of this change, the Company will file a Transition Report on Form 10-K for the seven month period ending December 31, 2017.
