On January 8, 2018, management of Cocrystal Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) made presentations to investors in San Francisco regarding its development of antiviral therapeutics and other matters regarding the Company. A copy of the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
