Other Events.

On January 8, 2018, Aimmune Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing its 2018 outlook, including the expected timing of the release of data from its pivotal Phase 3 PALISADE trial of AR101 for peanut allergy.
