Item 8.01 Other Events

On January 5, 2018, John Saunders and Leann Saunders (the “Saunders”) notified Where Food Comes From, Inc. (the “Company”) that they have elected to terminate their pre-arranged stock trading plan (the “Plan”) to sell up to 500,000 shares common stock of the Company in certain circumstances. The Plan, which was designed to comply with Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the Company’s insider trading policy, was established on June 12, 2015.   Prior to termination of the Plan, the Saunders’ sold 13,232 shares under the Plan.
