Global Medical REIT Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release on December 26, 2017 regarding the effect of recent tax legislation on real estate investment trust (“REIT”) dividends. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
