Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) said today that its Board of Directors
increased the Company’s fourth quarter 2017 dividend by two percent
to $0.79 per share. The dividend is payable in cash on January 12,
2018 to stockholders of record on January 2, 2018.
This fourth quarterly installment of the Company’s 2017 annual
dividend will be included in stockholders’ 2018 taxable income for
income tax purposes.
