B. Riley FBR, Inc. (“B. Riley FBR”), a leading full service investment bank and wholly-owned subsidiary of B. Riley Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ:RILY), acted as the sole book-running manager in the public offering of 15 million shares of common stock of Limelight Networks Inc. (NASDAQ:LLNW).

B. Riley FBR priced the 15 million shares of common stock on November 30, 2017 at $4.60 per share, which resulted in gross proceeds of approximately $69 million.
