Item 8.01 – Other Events

On December 6, 2017, FutureFuel Corp. (NYSE: FF) (“FutureFuel”) issued a press release announcing that it has declared its 2018 quarterly dividend program, declaring normal quarterly dividends of U.S. $0.06 per share, with record dates of March 1, 2018, June 1, 2018, September 4, 2018 and December 3, 2018, and payment dates of March 15, 2018, June 15, 2018, September 18, 2018, and December 17, 2018, respectively.
