On November 29, 2017, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Farmer Bros. Co., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), approved the following forms of award agreements to be used in connection with various awards under the Farmer Bros. Co. 2017 Long-Term Incentive Plan, which forms are filed herewith as Exhibits 10.1, 10.2, 10.3 and 10.4, respectively, and incorporated herein by reference:
