Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.

 

Due to professional commitments, effective November 20, 2017, Don Aquilano resigned as a member of the Rubicon Technology, Inc.’s (the “Company”) Board of Directors and all of the committees thereof. Mr. Aquilano did not have any disagreements with the Company on any matters relating to its operations, policies or practices.
