I am writing to you, in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A., in order to report that Mr. Diego Martín Salaverri and Mr. Damián Burgio, who were appointed Alternate Director and Alternate Statutory Auditor, respectively, by the Regular and Special Shareholders Meeting held on April 26, 2017, submitted their resignation effective November 16, 2017. The aforementioned resignations are due to personal reasons and shall be considered by the next Board of Directors’ meeting.
