On November 14, 2017 , Cambium Learning Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2017 . A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On November 14, 2017 , the Company hosted a conference call to discuss its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2017 . A transcript of the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
