DASAN Zhone Solutions, Inc. (the "Company") was unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2017 (the "Form 10-Q") with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") by the prescribed due date for such filing without unreasonable effort or expense due to an administrative delay. The Company submitted the Form 10-Q on November 14, 2017, with an adjusted filing date of November 15, 2017 (which is within five calendar days of the original prescribed due date).
