Officers; Compensatory Arrangements with Certain Officers
On November 8, 2017, Mark Benadiba, a member of the Board of Directors (the
Board) of Cott Corporation (the Company), notified the Company of his decision to retire from the Board effective December 31, 2017. Mr. Benadibas retirement is not due to any disagreement with the Company on
any matters relating to the Companys operations, policies or practices.
