Item 7.01 Other Events.

On November 9, 2017 , Cheniere Energy Partners LP Holdings, LLC (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per common share representing limited liability company interest in the Company. The dividend will be payable on November 30, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business November 20, 2017 . On November 9, 2017 , the Company issued a press release announcing the dividend, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
