Nordic American Offshore Ltd. (NYSE:NAO) Announces the Date for its 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Hamilton, Bermuda, November 7, 2017

Nordic American Offshore Ltd. (the "Company") (NYSE: NAO) today announced that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has scheduled the Company's 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") to be held on December 12, 2017 at 10:30 a.m., local time, in Hamilton, Bermuda.  The Board has set a record date October 30, 2017 for the determination of the Company's shareholders entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the Meeting or any adjournment thereof.

The Company's Notice of the Meeting and Proxy Statement were furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") on November 3, 2017 and can be found on the Commission's website at www.sec.gov. The Notice of the Meeting and Proxy Statement may also be found on the Company's website at www.nao.bm .
