effective November 3, 2017, Mr.
Richard Thompson has resigned as
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Marquee.
Dr. William J.F. Roach will
continue as the Interim Executive Chairman of the Board of
Directors with the responsibilities of President and Chief
Executive Officer.
