At 6pm on 30 October 2017, Aviva plc had 4,011,205,623 issued ordinary shares of 25p each admitted to trading. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of Aviva plc. Aviva plc has no shares in treasury.
