TARO TO ANNOUNCE SECOND QUARTER RESULTS ON NOVEMBER 7, 2017

Earnings Call to Discuss Results to be Conducted Wednesday, November 8 at 8:00 am ET

Hawthorne, NY, October 30, 2017 - Taro Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (NYSE: TARO) ("TARO" or the "Company") announced today that it plans to release its financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2017, on Tuesday, November 7, 2017.

The Company will conduct an earnings call at 8:00 am EST on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, where senior management will discuss the Company's performance and answer questions from participants.
