On April 17, 2017, Universal Solar Technology, Inc., filed an amendment (the Amendment) to its Articles of Incorporation, as amended, with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada.The Amendment changed its name from Universal Solar Technology, Inc.to The Arminda Group, Inc.The Board of Directors approved the Amendment on April 11, 2017.
