Item 5.02      Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
Effective October 11, 2017, Mr. Herric Chan resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer of America Great health (the “Company”) for personal reasons. Mr. Herric Chan will remain as independent advisor on certain corporate matters, such as mergers and acquisition, strategic planning, etc. Effective October 11, 2017, the board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company appointed Mr. Mike Wang, as interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
