Honorees to be Recognized at the CSO50 Conference + Awards

Ellie Mae® (NYSE:ELLI), the leading cloud-based platform provider for the mortgage finance industry, won a 2018 CSO50 Award from IDG's CSO. Ellie Mae was recognized for its security innovation and leadership.

This prestigious honor is bestowed upon a select group of organizations that have demonstrated that their security projects and initiatives have created outstanding business value and thought leadership for their companies. Ellie Mae’s CSO, Selim Aissi, will accept the award on behalf of Ellie Mae at the CSO50 Conference + Awards in February 2018.

“In today’s environment, cybersecurity can’t just be a feature of a product, it must be part of every company’s culture. We are thrilled to be recognized for our focus on protecting mortgage lenders and homebuyers across the country,” said Selim Aissi, Chief Information Security Officer at Ellie Mae. “Cybersecurity is of utmost importance to Ellie Mae, and we are dedicated to continuing to bring innovative solutions to market to protect our business and our customers.”

"Amid the seemingly constant stream of news-making security breaches, vulnerabilities introduced by new technologies and increased attention from company boards, today's security leaders have their plates more than full," said Amy Bennett, executive editor of CSO. "They and their teams are charged not only with protecting their organization's critical systems and sensitive data, but with driving business results. Our annual CSO50 awards shine a light on projects that enhance an organization's security posture and also deliver measurable ROI. We are pleased to give them the recognition they deserve."
