Other Events

On October 11, 2017, MagneGas Corporation (“Company”) issued a press release announcing it has been engaged by its European partner to provide consulting services, focused on identifying and validating additional applications of the MagneGas technology in Europe.

A copy of the press release that discuss this matter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
