Item 5.02                                  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On October 4, 2017, Jimmie L. Wade, a director of Tuesday Morning Corporation (the “Company”), provided the Company with notice of his intention not to seek reelection as a director at the Company’s 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on November 15, 2017, and of his intention to retire from the Board of Directors on November 15, 2017.  Mr. Wade’s decision to retire from the Board of Directors of the Company was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
