Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 3, 2017, Scientific Games Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing of $350.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.000% senior secured notes due 2025 at an issue price of 100.0% in a previously announced private offering. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
